The cooperative can also provide Mercedes S-Class cars and Sprinter minibuses with 8/19/20 seats, for which prices will be provided upon request.
Prices do not include 10% VAT and any potential commissions on your part.
Prices do not include a 20% surcharge for the night fare, applicable from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM (between 12:00 AM and 4:00 AM, the surcharge will be 40%).
For transfer services carried out on National holidays, a 20% surcharge will be applied.
Hourly services (as directed) on National holidays will be quoted upon request.
Cancellation Policy
“Transfer” services in Rome or within 100 km of Rome can be cancelled without charge up to three hours before the scheduled service time.
“Hourly services” (as directed) and “transfers outside Rome” (over 100 km from Rome) can be cancelled without charge up to 48 hours before the service. For cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the service, a penalty of 20% of the total service cost will be applied. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the service, a penalty of 100% of the total service cost will be applied.
If the requested hourly service has a duration of more than one day, the 20% and 100% penalties will be calculated only on the total hours of the first day.
*If an English-speaking driver-guide is requested for an hourly service, the prices for both the van and the car will be subject to an increase of €40.00 + VAT for a half-day service and €80.00 + VAT for a full-day service.
