1. Service Reservation and Voucher
Upon reservation, Soc. Coop. U.A.R.A. will send you the information and dates of the reservation by e-mail or fax. This confirmation document is your voucher, which must be kept and presented to the drivers who will provide the service. The voucher also includes any return reservation; it is important to keep it as long as necessary.

Each reservation is subject to the customer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions. They are available on our website www.limousineuara.com and may be sent by e-mail or fax upon request.

2. Reservation Rules
The destinations and addresses on your voucher are intended to be the places where you wish to be dropped off and/or picked up. If you wish to change these or other details pertaining to the service, you may request them well in advance, but no later than 12 hours before the start of the service.

Please be advised that such requests may result in changes to the price and type of car, different from what was agreed in the original reservation.
In any case, we inform you that the request for the specific vehicle cannot always be met; we will make every effort to ensure that the capacity and quality of the vehicle is at least equal to that agreed.

3.Delay notifications
In the event of a cancelled flight or a delay of more than 90 minutes, upon departure the customer is required to notify our staff in one of the following ways in order to be able to optimally manage the service

    • By phone call/SMS/WhatsApp to the assigned driver’s number

Failure to send the notice of delay or cancelled flight, excludes the right of the service, in fact, our drivers after 70 minutes of waiting after the scheduled flight lands and without your news, will abate the position.

4. Cancellation of reservation
The customer may make a cancellation of the reservation of the requested service by e-mail.
The reservation will be considered cancelled when Soc. Coop. U.A.R.A. receives written notice to one of the following addresses:

    • info@limousineuara.com

Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the service.
Cancellations made with less than the minimum notice specified above are subject to payment of 50% between 48 and 24 hours and 100% within 24 hours.

5. Luggage
Each passenger is allowed to carry a maximum of 10 suitcases for half the Minivan and 2 suitcases and 2 trolleys for half the Sedan; any excess luggage such as: skis, snowboards and bulky equipment must be declared at the time of booking.
It is at the discretion of the drivers and may result in a higher charge if undeclared bulky items, excess luggage or luggage that does not meet the conditions for safe transport are loaded onto the vehicles. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.).

6. Prohibitions
Soc Coop U.A.R.A. reserves the right (through its drivers and by reporting any abuse to the public security organs) to refuse transport to persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs or who represent a danger to the driver and other passengers. Passengers are not allowed to drink alcohol and/or smoke in the vehicles used for the transport service.

7. Limits of liability

If Soc Coop U.A.R.A. is unable to provide the service, not due to force majeure, but for other reasons, it will cover the service in another way, at its own expense, by organising the transfer by means such as taxis, cars of other partners, or alternatively refund the customer later. Reimbursement for the missed service may not exceed the price already paid or agreed for the service itself.

It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any inefficiency directly attributable to our actions as soon as possible using the contact details above. We will endeavour to take steps to resolve any inconvenience and problems quickly and to the customer’s full satisfaction.
