The tour we propose is aimed at passengers in transit at the cruise port of Civitavecchia who would like to spend a day discovering Rome. Our excursion is a journey into the culture and history of the Eternal City, admiring the immense artistic heritage that only Rome can offer, before returning to your cruise ship.
The driver will be waiting for you at the port of Civitavecchia, just below deck, and after about an hour’s journey you will be in the heart of the city to begin your excursion. You will walk around St. Peter’s Basilica, the largest in Rome, in one of the most visited squares by the faithful, and arrive at Castel Sant’Angelo to visit the museum and the historic prisons.

Crossing the Tiber, you will walk along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, which will take you past the beauty of Campo de’ Fiori and towards the splendid Piazza Navona, one of the city’s Baroque squares, to arrive shortly at the Pantheon, a historic temple built for all the gods of the past, present and future.
We will stop for lunch at one of the restaurants/trattorie in the city’s districts, where you can enjoy typical Roman cuisine.
After a short break, we arrive in the heart of Rome where you can stroll through the shopping streets such as Via Condotti, Via del Corso and Via del Babuino.
A stop at the Spanish Steps and the world famous Trevi Fountain is a must.
